At 21:45 on January 2, 2026, the Dexing Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that within the next 12 hours, some towns (streets) in Mingda Township, Damaoshan Town, Haikou Town, Huaqiao Town, Huangbai Township, Lizhai Township, Longtoushan Township, Rao er Town, Sizhou Town, Tongtong Street, Wancun Township, Xiangtun Street, Xingangshan Town, Xinying Street, Yincheng Street, and Zhangcun Township may experience road icing that affects traffic. When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
