At 19:00 on November 11, 2025, the Chengxiang District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a typhoon blue warning signal: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, is located about 280 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 18:00 today. The maximum wind force near the center is 11 levels (30 meters/second, a strong tropical storm). It is expected that "Phoenix" will move northeastward at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken. Affected by it, it is expected that the maximum wind speed in our area will reach 8-9 levels in the next 24 hours. Please take precautions!

Within 24 hours may be or has been affected by a tropical cyclone, coastal or land average wind force is 6 or more, or gust can reach 8 or more and may persist.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;
