The Changqing District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 14:29 on January 9, 2026: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that all streets and towns in our district will experience a cold wave weather from the night of the 9th to the 11th, with a cooling range of 8-12 ℃ during the process. On the morning of the 11th, the temperature dropped to its lowest point, with the lowest temperature in southern streets and towns such as Wande, Mashan, and Shuangquan being around -10 ℃, and other streets and towns being around -6 ℃.
