山东省气象台于8月11日16时00分继续发布台风蓝色预警：今年第13号台风“白海豚”11日14时中心位于湖北省黄冈市麻城市境内，外围最大风力7级（15米/秒，热带低压级），中心最低气压998百帕。预计，“白海豚”将以每小时35—40公里的速度向西北方向快速移动，强度变化不大。受其影响，11日夜间—12日，菏泽、济宁和枣庄有中到大雨局部暴雨，潍坊和半岛地区有分散性雷雨或阵雨，其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨。

Guidelines

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
