海南省气象局2025年10月22日09时40分继续发布台风四级预警:今年第24号台风“风神”已于21日晚上加强为台风级,22日09时其中心位于北纬17.5度、东经110.9度,也就是在三沙市永兴岛西偏北方向约170公里的南海中西部海面上,中心附近最大风力12级(33米/秒)。预计,“风神”将以每小时10~15公里的速度向西偏南方向移动,今天上午强度先维持,之后强度逐渐减弱,并将于23日上午以热带风暴级(18~23米/秒,8~9级)在越南中部沿海登陆,登陆后强度快速减弱。受冷空气和“风神”共同影响,22日,本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面,风力9~10级、阵风11~12级,其中台风中心经过的附近海面旋转风13~14级;北部湾海面和本岛西部海面,风力8~9级、阵风10~11级;琼州海峡,风力7~8级、阵风9~10级;22日~23日白天,琼海、万宁、琼中、保亭、陵水和三亚等市县100~150毫米、局地200毫米以上降水。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只继续做好避风工作,相关部门加强回港渔船管理,做好琼州海峡通航安排,并加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。
