Storm total ice accumulations of a quarter of an inch or more east of the Pecos. * WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western Texas. * WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon CST/ Friday to 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
