At 510 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles east of Navasota, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Anderson, Plantersville, Richards, Roans Prairie, and Dacus.

Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 413 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
