Fog has developed across portions of the region this morning. Fog could be dense in some locations, with visibility a quarter of a mile or less. Use caution if traveling, and be alert for rapidly changing visibility over a short distance. Use low beam headlights and allow for greater distances between vehicles.

For the West Fork River...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...West Fork River above Clarksburg. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, water begins to enter some homes along the low sections near the river. Liberty Avenue floods. At 15.0 feet, homes along the low sections of the river on Liberty Avenue and Route 19 flood. At 16.0 feet, areas of Baltimore Street and River Road flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.6 feet later this morning.
