Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Central Chippewa and Western Chippewa Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Quick drops in visibility under heavy lake effect snow bands and accumulating snow on roads may result in continued hazardous travel. Gusty winds may lead to patchy blowing snow across open areas. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
