Northeastern York County in south central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 712 PM EDT, the flood waters of the streams and urban areas in the warning have begun to recede. Additional rain is possible later this evening, but no new flooding is certain at this point. - Flooding impacts will continue, but will be limited and ending within the next hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
