Relative humidity values will drop as low as 25 to 30 percent along with south to southwest winds gusting up to 30 mph across west central and north central Minnesota. Given the dry fuels, near critical fire weather conditions are expected between noon and 8pm. Any fire that does develop has the potential to quickly spread. There is a low chance for a Red Flag Warning upgrade particularly in west central Minnesota.
