Ice accumulations between one quarter and one half of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of north Texas. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of ice and snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
