Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Paradise Valley. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Falling snow and breezy winds may lead to visibility reductions due to blowing snow. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations on the east side of the valley may see locally higher snow totals, esepcailly in the higher elevations. Areas near Gardiner may also see totals over 3 inches.
