For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 5 degrees expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Sunday to 11 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
