In addition, dangerously cold temperatures are expected Saturday night through Monday morning. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas. * WHEN...From 3 AM Saturday to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
