Total snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Kansas. * WHEN...Until midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight. * IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of light snow are expected through this afternoon. E to ESE winds will remain light at 5 to 10 mph. Little or no blowing snow is expected. Temperatures will struggle to exceed the single digits this afternoon. Below zero temperatures are likely during the morning hours today and Sunday. Bitter cold wind chill readings will persist through the remainder of the weekend.
