Gusts will ease slightly to 50 to 70 km/h today.A second system this evening will strengthen the winds again, with gusts of 80 to 100 km/h. Communities south of Dawson Creek may experience gusts exceeding 100 km/h.Winds will ease early Sunday morning.###Local utility outages are possible.
