Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen across the Flood Watch area. Some localized ponding of water has been reported. This afternoon will bring a lull in the activity, however more rain will spread in this evening and continue through the night. Precipitation is expected to taper off Sunday morning.
