* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio... Southeastern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 558 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Milford, Forestville, Mariemont, Terrace Park, Batavia, Withamsville, Plainville, Salem Heights, The Village of Indian Hill, Newtown, Fairfax, Sherwood, Owensville, Perintown, Willowville, Summerside, Clermont County Airport, Mount Carmel and Day Heights.

Mill Creek at Evendale. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Evendale. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding of the Mill Creek floodplain occurs with water approaching some buildings along the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.5 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
