Winds have subsided below Advisory levels, and as such the Wind Advisory for Humboldt County and portions of Elko County will be allowed to expire at 11 PM PDT. Sub-advisory level wind gusts of 25 to 40 mph will continue into the early overnight hours in some locations, especially across higher terrain.
