Highest impacts expected during high tides in the late afternoons into the evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A 3 foot south swell (from 190 degrees) at 13-15 seconds will lead to surf 3-5 feet at south-facing beaches. Elsewhere, surf of 2-4 feet is expected.
