* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase as a strong low pressure system moves into the northern gulf. Confidence is high that wind gusts will reach near 40 to 50 mph, but confidence remains lower that the Yakutat will experience wind gusts as high as 60 mph, although still possible.
