* WHAT...Large breaking waves 22 to 24 feet. * WHERE...Coastal Del Norte, Southwestern Humboldt and Coastal Mendocino Counties. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Sunday. . * IMPACTS...Dangerous surf conditions and localized beach erosion. Beachcombing is highly discouraged!. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The large surf on Sunday will coincide with high astronomical tides and high tidal anomalies. This will allow significant runup onto area beaches and may impact normally dry land or even roads or parking lots.
