* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected. * WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 2 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The tidal gauges at Toke Point and Astoriahave forecast tides of up to 11.2 feet, while the tidal gauge at Garibaldi has a forecast tide up to 10.7 feet.
