At 6:30 on September 13, 2025, the Youyang County Meteorological Station issued the "rainstorm blue warning signal". In the past six hours, the accumulated rainfall in Xinglong, Langping and Miaoxi has reached 36~45mm. It is estimated that at 6:30-12:30 on September 13, all towns and streets, such as Xinglong, Cangling, Shuangquan and Taohuayuan, will continue to have heavy rainfall, with the maximum hourly rainfall intensity of 15~30mm. The local area will be accompanied by lightning and gusty gales. Please take precautions.
