The Yuepuhu County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for sandstorms at 12:37 on March 4, 2026: It is expected that there will be varying degrees of sandstorms in various parts of Yuepuhu County in the next 24 hours, and some towns will also be accompanied by sandstorms or short-term sandstorms. The minimum visibility can be reduced to below 1000 meters. Please strengthen prevention.

Description

Sandstorms may occur within 12 hours (visibility is less than 1000m), or sandstorms have occurred and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing sand and dust storms in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, cover building materials, and do a good job of sealing precision instruments;
