新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年10月3日16时06分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天夜间至4日夜间，博州东部、塔城地区北部、阿勒泰地区西部、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、哈密市北部等地先后有6级左右偏东风，其中塔城地区老风口和玛依塔斯风区、阿勒泰地区闹海风区、乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊和红雁池等风口风力9～10级，阵风11级，上述局部区域伴有短时扬沙或沙尘暴。请加强防范。
