The Yiliang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 18:25 on November 23, 2025: It is expected that in the next 12 hours, road icing and transmission line icing will occur in some sub sections of towns and villages above 1800 meters above sea level in Yiliang County, such as Shulin, Longjie, Kuixiang, Luozehe, Haizi, Qiaoshan, Xiaocaoba, Long an, Longhai, Zhongming, and Lianghe, which will have adverse effects on road traffic and power operation. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
