延长县气象台2025年08月19日14时30分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：未来6小时内下述地区可能受雷雨大风影响，阵风可达7级或以上并伴有雷电，局地短时暴雨，小时雨量可达10毫米以上：雷赤镇、安沟镇、张家滩镇、郑庄镇、七里村街道、罗子山镇、交口镇、黑家堡镇，请注意防范。

Guidelines

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

陕西省气象台2025年08月19日10时00分升级发布高温黄色预警：受副热带高压影响，预计8月19日陕北黄河沿线、关中平原、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安中北部、宝鸡中部局地、咸阳南部、渭南中部、延安东部局地、榆林东部局地、汉中河谷局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上，西安北部局地、渭南西部局地最高气温可达40℃。8月20日陕北黄河沿线局地、关中平原大部、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安北部部分、咸阳南部部分、渭南中部局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上。

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年08月19日09时45分发布第60期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年08月19日10时至2025年08月20日10时，榆林市绥德县、佳县、吴堡县、神木市等县（市）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警），延安市延川县，榆林市榆阳区、府谷县、米脂县、清涧县、子洲县等县（区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

省自然资源厅联合省气象局8月18日17时21分发布第42期地质灾害气象风险橙色预警：预计18日20时-19日20时，榆林市府谷县中西部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险高（橙色预警）；延安市吴起县，榆林市横山区、靖边县、定边县、府谷县、神木市发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。
