西藏自治区气象局2025年10月31日17时30分继续发布暴雪黄色预警：预计10月31日20时至11月1日20时，林芝市、日喀则市、昌都市、那曲市、山南市南部和拉萨市北部有小到中雪（雨），其中嘉黎、江达、丁青、亚东北部、工布江达、波密和墨脱的高海拔山区有大到暴雪，局地有大暴雪（20～30毫米）,新增积雪深度4～15厘米；雪后上述地方有4～6摄氏度降温，局地降温幅度达8摄氏度以上。防御指南：1.需注意防范降雪降温天气对重大工程建设、交通运输、能源保供、电力设施、通讯设施、农牧业生产等带来的不利影响；2.强降水可能引发局地雪崩、滑坡等次生灾害，需做好道路沿线、陡峭边坡等灾害隐患点的巡查和安全管理工作。

西藏亚东县气象台2025年10月31日16时35分继续发布暴雪橙色预警信号：预计：10月31日17时至11月1日05时，我县中南部康布乡-帕里镇-基伍区域-查玛浦区域-邦嘎曲登区域-乃堆拉山口一带有暴雪（雨夹雪）（≥10.0毫米），局地有大暴雪(20.0～30.0毫米)；北部吉汝乡-堆纳乡有中到大雪（3.8～7.4毫米），局地有大雪（5.0～9.9毫米）；南部（庞达村、下亚东乡、下司马镇、上亚东乡、朗玛浦区域）有大雨（25.0～49.9毫米），局地有大到暴雨(38.0～74.9毫米)。中北部乡镇及高海拔山区有6～7级大风天气。防御建议： 1.我县各乡镇主要路段、高海拔山区易出现积雪结冰现象，过往车辆请注意道路交通安全，听从交管指挥； 2.高寒牧区应加强牲畜防寒、回圈以及饲料储备工作； 3.降雪过程期间我县高海拔大风天气明显，各路段、山区易出现吹雪、低能见度等天气，对交通运输、设施农业、通讯线路、供电设施有不利影响，请有关部门、乡镇做好相关防范措施； 4.受强降水天气影响，我县南部低海拔区域发生地质灾害风险较高，建议加强灾害隐患点的巡查排查，防范降水引发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡等次生灾害。
