The meteorological observatory of Shigatse City, Xizang, issued a yellow warning signal of road icing at 18:00 on October 31: It is expected that from 18:00 on October 31 to 18:00 on November 1, some high-altitude road sections in G562 Yadong Section, G219 Dingri Dingjie Section, G318 Nyalam Section, G219 Jilong Section, G219 Zhongba Saga Section and other places will easily form snow and ice, which will have a negative impact on road traffic. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
