At 16:57 on November 22, 2025, the Xinlong County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for blizzards: Yinduo Township, Xionglong West Township, Sevei Town, Raolu Township, Dagai Town, Shadui Township, Larima Town, Rulong Town and other towns in Xinlong County are expected to experience snowfall of more than 5 millimeters in the next 24 hours. During the process, there may be gusts of 5-7 levels of wind. Please implement emergency measures for snow and frost prevention in all relevant departments and townships, and increase the intensity of prevention work.

Description

The snowfall will reach 4 mm or more within 12 hours, or it has reached 4 mm or more and the snowfall continues, which may affect traffic or agriculture and animal husbandry.
