At 1:59 am on October 31, 2025, the Xincai County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the orange warning signal for heavy fog to a red warning signal for heavy fog. It is expected that in the next 6 hours, all towns and streets in our county, including Gulu Street, Chendian Town, and Longkou Town, may experience fog with visibility less than 50 meters. Please take precautions. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should carry out anti fog emergency work in accordance with their responsibilities. 2. Relevant units should take timely traffic safety control measures in accordance with industry regulations and promptly release information such as temporary closure of highways. 3. Drivers should take fog prevention measures according to fog driving regulations, adopt reasonable driving methods based on environmental conditions, maintain sufficient braking distance from the preceding vehicle, and quickly find a safe parking area to park. 4. Do not engage in outdoor activities.

河南省气象台2025年10月30日16时30分继续发布大雾黄色预警：预计30日20时至31日14时，新乡东部、洛阳东部、郑州、开封、商丘、平顶山、许昌、周口、漯河、南阳东部、驻马店、信阳北部部分县（市、区）将出现能见度低于500米的浓雾，其中郑州南部、平顶山北部、许昌北部、商丘东部、漯河、驻马店南部部分县（市、区）有能见度低于200米的强浓雾，局部能见度低于50米。请注意防范，上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南: 1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防雾工作。 2.机场、轨道交通、高速公路、港口码头等经营管理单位应采取有效措施，加强调度指挥，保障安全。 3.驾驶人员出行前及时关注最新高速管控信息，开启雾灯，控制速度，保持车距，注意交通安全。 4.尽量减少户外活动，外出时佩戴口罩，穿越马路注意来往车辆。
