The Xiangyang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 00:26 on November 28, 2025: It is expected that from early morning to daytime, some towns (streets) in Xiangyang City, Xiangzhou, Nanzhang, Baokang, Zaoyang, and Yicheng will experience southerly winds of level 4 to 5, with gusts of level 6 to 8. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines
