河北省气象台2025年08月12日08时45分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计今天白天到夜间，张家口南部、承德中南部、唐山北部、保定中东部、雄安新区、廊坊北部、石家庄东部有大雨到暴雨（30-70毫米），个别地点可达100-140毫米。降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水（最大雨强30-50毫米/小时）、短时大风（8-11级）等强对流天气。请注意防范。
