The Wanzhou District Meteorological Observatory issued a "blue warning signal for strong winds" at 7:30 am on November 17, 2025. It is expected that from 7:20 to 19:20 on November 17, towns and streets such as Gaosuntang, Tailong, Zhonggulou, Dazhou, Xiongjia, Huangbai, Xiaozhou, Changtan, Changling, Longdu, Bai anba, Tai an, Wuqiao, Baiyang, Pailou, Chenjiaba, Luotian, Zouma, Henghe, Longjiu, Puzi, Baitu, Cizhu, Dibao, Lishu, Tiefeng, Taibai, Shahe, Tiancheng, Zhoujiaba, Ganning, Gaofeng, Shuanghekou, Jiuchi, Xintian, Xikou, etc. may be affected by Level 7. Due to the strong winds mentioned above, there may be short-term heavy rainfall in some areas. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
