The Urad Middle Banner Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 11:17 am on November 13, 2025: Within 24 hours, Wujiahe Town, Muyanghai Ranch, Delingshan Town, Tonghetai Livestock Farm, Shihahe Town, Hailiutu Town, Wengeng Town, Hulestai Sumu, Xinhure Sumu, Chuanjing Sumu, Bayinwulan Sumu, and Ganqimaodu Town will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 4-5 in Qianshan and 5-6 in the north, southwest winds, and gusts up to 8. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
