At 19:37 on April 23, 2026, the Tacheng Regional Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that on the night of the 23rd, some areas of Tacheng City, Emin County, Yumin County, Tori County, and Hebuxer County in Tacheng region, as well as various regiments of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, will experience westerly winds of around 7 levels. There will be westerly winds of 8 to 9 levels with gusts of 10 levels along the line from Mayitas to Laofengkou Wind Zone, from Lamazhao Township in Emin County to the 170th Regiment of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and from Tiebuken Wusan Township in Hebuxer County to Wutubula Ranch.
