At 19:08 on November 5, 2025, the Tori County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Currently, there have been 10 level west winds in Tiechanggou Town and Hatu Gold Mine in Tori County. It is expected that the strong wind weather will continue until tomorrow day, with wind speeds reaching 9 to 10 levels in Akbeilidou Township, Dorat Township, Kupu Township, Miaoergou Town, and Hatu Town, and wind speeds of 11 to 12 levels in the first line from the 170th Regiment and Wuxuete to the Tiechanggou wind zone.
