At 12:54 on March 3, 2026, the Tori County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from day to night on the 4th, there will be about 7 levels of easterly winds in the mountainous areas of Dorat Township, Kupu Township, and the southern part of the county. The wind speed from Wushete Township, Akbeilidou Township to Laofengkou Wind Zone will be 8 to 9 levels, with gusts of 10 to 11 levels. There will be wind and snow blowing, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.
