At 16:09 on March 19, 2026, the Toksun County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the afternoon of the 20th to the morning of the 21st, gusts of 7-8 levels will occur in the urban area, Xia Town, Bostan Town, Guolebei Township, Yilahu Town, Shiquan Town, and Alehui Town of Toksun County, and gusts of 10 levels will occur in Keran Town and the Thirty Mile Wind Zone (G30, G312 line Dabancheng to Daheyan section), accompanied by varying degrees of sandstorm weather.
