新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年2月19日12时18分发布大风蓝色预警信号:预计今天夜间至20日夜间,博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、克拉玛依市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域先后有8级左右西北阵风,风口风力10~11级,阵风12~13级,局部区域有风吹雪,请加强防范。
