At 11:12 am on September 24, 2026, the Jinsha County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, towns and villages such as Xiluo, Yankong, Wulong, Guchang, Minxing, Andi, Yumo, Liutang, Gaoping, Huajue, Changba, Xinhua, and Datian in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 7 or above, and will continue. Please check doors, windows, and outdoor equipment in a timely manner, dispose of outdoor items that are prone to falling, and stop outdoor operations and activities in parks, scenic spots, amusement parks, underwater, docks, and high-altitude areas. Ships should be driven with caution or stopped. Relevant departments and townships should take preventive measures.
