At 10:45 am on August 19, 2025, the Taibai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the following areas will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above (gusts of 7 or above): Huangbaiyuan Town, Yingge Town, Wangjiagang Town, Taibaihe Town, Taochuan Town, Jingkou Town, and Zuitou Town. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

陕西省气象台2025年08月19日10时00分升级发布高温黄色预警：受副热带高压影响，预计8月19日陕北黄河沿线、关中平原、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安中北部、宝鸡中部局地、咸阳南部、渭南中部、延安东部局地、榆林东部局地、汉中河谷局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上，西安北部局地、渭南西部局地最高气温可达40℃。8月20日陕北黄河沿线局地、关中平原大部、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安北部部分、咸阳南部部分、渭南中部局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上。
