At 23:30 on February 4th, the Sinan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue frost warning signal: it is expected that the minimum temperature in towns and villages such as Tingziba, Zhangjiazhai, Kuanping, Hujiawan, Xujiaba, Qinggangpo, Yingwu Creek, Liangshuijing, and Dabacang in our county will drop below 0 ℃ within 24 hours, and frost will occur, which will have an impact on agriculture.
