Sinan County Meteorological Observatory issues yellow lightning warning

At 13:08 on September 30th, the Meteorological Observatory of Sinan County issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that there will be thunderstorms in Wenjiadian, Hepengxi, Qinggangpo, Wengxi, Tingziba, Xiangba, Changba, Sandaoshui, Yangjiaao and other towns in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds and other severe convective weather. It is recommended to stop high-altitude and outdoor operations, and relevant industries and individuals should pay attention to prevention.

Lightning activities may occur within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters.

根据气象预报，28日夜间到29日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量小到中雨，市西部、北部局地大雨到暴雨。29日夜间到30日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量普遍中雨，市西北部、梵净山东侧局地大雨，部分乡镇暴雨。30日夜间到10月1日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量中雨，局地大雨，市东部部分乡镇暴雨。国庆期间1日至4日有降温降雨天气。本轮降雨持续时间较长，请各区县和有关部门要克服麻痹松懈思想，密切关注气象变化，做好短时强降水、雷电等强对流天气的防范应对工作。强化动态监测预警和会商研判，加强对地质灾害隐患点、风险斜坡、水库山塘、景区景点、道路边坡等风险区域和重点部位的巡查管控，认真落实“五有”工作机制和"四个一律"工作要求，抓好群众转移避险，严防灾害造成人员伤亡。遇突发险情灾情第一时间处置并报告，市应急局值班电话：0856-5206570。
