At 20:59 on November 11, 2025, Xiamen Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning signal: the center of this year s No. 26 typhoon "Phoenix" (severe tropical storm level) was located on the sea about 430 kilometers south of Xiamen at 20:00 today. It is expected that "Phoenix" will continue to move towards the northeast direction, gradually weakening in intensity, and will make landfall again along the southwest coast of Taiwan Island around the evening of the 12th. Affected by it, the wind force in our city and along the coast will continue to be strong in the next 12 hours, with the maximum wind force in the urban area reaching 5-6 levels and gusts of 7-9 levels; Xiamen Inland Sea, major bridges with levels 6-8, gusts of 9-10; High altitude mountainous areas with levels 7-8 and gusts of 9-11; The offshore area of Xiamen has a wind force of 8-9 and gusts of 10-11. Please pay attention to the impact of strong winds on urban and rural infrastructure, engineering facilities, and road traffic.
