陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅9月16日17时00分联合发布农田渍涝和连阴雨灾害风险预警：预计9月16日至23日，陕北南部、关中、陕南大部有中到大雨，陕南西部有大到暴雨，局地有大暴雨，累计雨量超过300毫米，具有一定极端性。主要降雨时段在16日-18日夜间、20日-22日夜间。关中中东部、陕南大部农田渍涝风险较高（黄色预警），汉中东南部部分农田渍涝风险高（橙色预警），可能导致低洼农田积水，造成作物根系早衰，土壤肥力流失，部分地区根系较浅的作物可能出现倒伏。关中中南部、陕南大部秋收连阴雨风险较高（黄色预警），不利于作物收获晾晒。建议上述地区密切关注天气变化，雨前疏通沟渠，雨后及时排涝降渍和补施速效肥，避雨抢收成熟作物，减轻渍涝和连阴雨危害，同时抓住“雨隙窗口期”做好病虫害监测与防治。
