The Shangri La Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 14:03 on February 2, 2026: In the next 12 hours, there will be strong winds of level 8 or above in towns and villages such as Geza, Jiantang, Nixi, Sanba, Jinjiang, Luoji, Xiaozhongdian, Hutiaoxia, Shangjiang, and Wujing. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines
