At 14:17 on September 18, 2026, the Cangzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: It is expected that scattered thunderstorms will occur in Xinhua District, Yunhe District, Cangxian County, Huanghua City, Botou, and Nanpi in Bohai New Area this afternoon.
