At 03:23 on July 19, 2025, the Peng an County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Zhoukou Street, Xiangru Street, Jinjia Township, Shikong Township, Xinyuan Township, Xiandian Township, Pingtou Township, Muba Town, Xujia Town, Luojia Town, Jinxi Town, Xingwang Town, Yinhan Town, Fude Town, Yangjia Town, Longcan Town, Lixi Town, Heshu Town, Zhengyuan Town, Julong Town, Jinping Town and other towns (streets) in Peng an County will experience lightning activity within 6 hours, accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation and gusty winds in some areas.
