乐山市气象台2026年07月31日16时00分更新暴雨蓝色预警为暴雨黄色预警：预计今天晚上到明天白天，我市大部分地方有暴雨（50-90毫米），其中马边彝族自治县、沐川县、峨眉山市、夹江县、井研县等地的部分地方有大暴雨（100-180毫米）。过程中伴有短时强降水和雷暴大风等强对流天气，最大小时雨强可达40-70毫米/小时。前期我市已经出现连续强降水过程，且降雨落区重叠度高，累计雨量大，请加强防范。同时须防范短时强降水可能引发的局地山洪、中小河流洪水、地质灾害、城市内涝等次生灾害。

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
