Bazhong Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for high temperature

At 15:54 on July 27, 2025, the Bazhong Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for high temperatures: it is expected that from July 28 to 31, our city will have mostly sunny and partly cloudy weather with no significant rainfall. Most areas will experience sustained high temperatures, with daily maximum temperatures reaching 37-39 ℃ and some areas reaching over 40 ℃. Please take measures to prevent heatstroke and reduce temperature, ensure energy supply, protect human health, and ensure safe use of fire and electricity.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;
