鹤岗市气象台2026年8月29日23时30分升级发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去3小时新华良种场站（气象站）降水量已达到70.8毫米，预计未来3小时鹤岗市大部地区还将有20～40毫米降水，累计降水量可达80～120毫米，请注意防范。
