At 14:40 on May 25, 2025, Chuxiong Prefecture Meteorological Station issued a rainstorm level IV warning: in the past 12 hours, some towns and villages in Shuangbai County, Chuxiong City, Lufeng City, Nanhua County, and Mouding County have seen precipitation of more than 25 mm, and it is expected that the precipitation will continue in the next 12 hours, and rainstorm will occur in some towns and villages in 10 counties and cities of the prefecture. Please pay attention to prevent mountain torrents, debris flows, landslides, and other disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall, and the public should pay attention to safety when going out.
